These are amazing low fat crisps!!
you will need
slice potatoes with a potato peeler so that they are very thin - you will have to work out how many crisps you want and do amount of potato accordingly
spry 5/6 sprays of frylight on a plate and place only one layer of potato on the plate - do not overlap as they crisps wont cook
spray frylight over the top of the potato and pop in the microwave for 3-5 minutes depending on the power or your microwave and cook until golden brown - don't over do or they will taste burnt!
They are soooo good and low in fat. I will also put these on the recipe website.
