peppers, spring onion, onion, sweetcorn or any other salad veg you want
tortilla wraps
cheese
oil for frying




cut up the vegetables and mix together with the grated cheese
place on a tortilla wrap and place another tortilla on top - fry until deep golden brown and turn over and do the other side
