Quorn fillets - slice into about 3 chunks each
onion, finely chopped
pinch of mixed herbs
1/2 stock cube
salt and pepper
add finely chopped onion, a pinch of mixed herbs, and about 1/2 of a vegetable cube crumbled into the breadcrumbs and add salt and pepper
take the quorn fillets coat with flour, egg then coat well in breadcrumbs.
fry in olive or veg oil until deep golden brown
delicious hot or cold.
