250g/8žoz new potatoes
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp cumin
2 cloves garlic, finely sliced
300ml/10˝fl oz white wine
1. Parboil the potatoes until almost cooked through, and drain well.
2. Heat the oil in a frying pan and add the potatoes, cumin and garlic.
3. Cook for 2-3 minutes, then add the wine.
4. Cover and simmer for 5-6 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
