Cheese and mushroom dip
60g/2oz unsalted butter
1 onion, sliced
1 cooking apple, peeled and diced
150g/6oz double cream
280g/10oz Dorset Blue Vinny cheese
Gently melt the butter in a frying pan and sauté the mushrooms, onion and apple for a few minutes and then stir in the cream and cheese and gently heat until the cheese has melted.
Transfer to a serving dish, and serve with the toast, pitta bread strips or tortilla wraps or whatever takes your fancy
