175g/6Ľoz self-raising flour
2 tbsp chives, chopped
100g/3˝oz cheddar cheese, grated
285ml/˝ pint milk
pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper
These are so simple to do and they disappear very quickly!!
Preheat oven to 220C/Gas 7.
Mix together the flour, chives, cheese, milk and seasoning in a bowl to combine and then divide the mixture and spoon into a greased muffin tin to make approximately 12.
Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown and spongy.
