creamy tomato pasta bake
serves 4
2 onions
2 cloves of garlic
2 tins of tomato soup
1 tin of evaporated milk
4oz of mature cheese
salt and pepper
500gm pasta
cheese for the top
oven temp 200 degrees
cook the pasta
fry the garlic and onion until softened
add the tins of soup and evaporated milk and cheese
add salt & pepper and heat until warmed through and thick
combine the pasta and sauce and transfer to a lasagne style dish
sprinkle grated cheese on top and pop in oven for 20mins until golden brown on top
serve with garlic bread and salad
