macaroni cheese

serves 2-3

300gm macaroni
40gm plain flour
40gm margarine/butter
500ml milk
salt and pepper
1/3 teaspoon of mustard
180gm grated cheese and parmesan

oven temp 200 degrees

cook macaroni

sauce
melt the butter
stir in the flour and cook for 1 minuite
gradually add the milk - stiring all the time
stir in the cheese
pour in mixture to the macaroni
sprinkle cheese over the top and bake for 20 minuites

serve with salad and crusty bread
