I just want to share my experience of OBriens sandwich shop. On 4 separate ocasions I have found meat/poultry in my food. If anyone has been to OBriens they'll know that all ingredients are in bowls laid out in the same cabinet. So for example staff take a handful of chicken and drop some into the grated cheese without noticing. I complained to the Managing Director John Quinn and advised this has happened to me on 4 occasions, latterly in the Dundee premises. I asked what OBriens can do to ensure ingredients are not mixed up. Not only was Mr Quinn dismissive of my complaint he said there is nothing he can do! Be warned folks - dont go to Obriens!!! |
