I've been vegetarian for more than 2 years now and during the last months I've noticed that my toenails are really weak and have white spots, which may be because I'm lacking some nutrient.. protein? calcium?? |

I believe it's a myth about it being a deficiency. I believe it is where you banged the nail while it was growing beneath the skin. |
