I've been living in London for 4 years and I haven't found a place where to buy seitan, except for "Mock Duck" cans and other processed foods. It's strange, because in other European countries seitan is available in any veggie/health shop and even in normal supermarkets. Anyone knows a place in London selling seitan?? Thanks
