The importance of what I’ve recently learnt about synthetic vitamins and how around 90% of companies sell them, has been of great interest and benefit to me. The reason most companies sell synthetic vitamins/minerals is because they are the cheapest to make and previously only the active constituent part of a vitamin/mineral has been recognised as beneficial.
