Hi I live in Cape Town, South Africa .... My partner is British & Vegiterian.... I am looking for any good and easy dishes to make for christmas.... but there is one catch it is very hot in Cape Town at the moment between 25 and 39*c so I would not like to make tooooo many hot dishes..... I am looking for a nut roast recipe and any other vegiterian dishes that is easy to make for christmas ....we are currently on a medium to low carb diet so we are eating loads more free veggies to subsitute any advice and recipes would be much appreciated.... len |
