We moved to Central Portugal 2 years ago, as meat eaters and consumer ridden people, we-ve been converted, I now grow all our food, and have been experimenting with pulses and cereals, we are now in the process of reorganising our lives to encompass permaculture values.
Part of our project is showing people how we live and how we have changed our lives.
It will take us a few years to arrive at the place we want to be which is minimal carbon footprint living.
