I have read on the internet that you can source Vegetarian ricotta and a parmesan-style cheese from Twineham Grange Farms, tel: 01444 881394. enquiries@twinehamgrangefarms.co.uk. I haven't tried myself but it might be useful for somebody to know! |

I make my own cheddar cheese, but buy the parmesan style stuff from Twineham Grange. It's lovely stuff. They trade as Bookham Cheese and Pasta and do mail order.
