I am going on holdiay to spain and it is my job to do the cooking as we are self catering but I am going with a vegan friend and I have no idea on what to cook/buy etc when we are out there. any ideas? |

I found that Spain was brilliant for lots of fresh fruit and veg. We found that it was really lovely and hot and you didn't feel like cooking much anyway!!! |
