These are amazing low fat crisps!!
you will need
potatoes
frylight
slice potatoes with a potato peeler so that they are very thin - you will have to work out how many crisps you want and do amount of potato accordingly
spry 5/6 sprays of frylight on a plate and place only one layer of potato on the plate - do not overlap as they crisps wont cook
spray frylight over the top and pop in the microwave for 3-5 minutes depending on the power or your microwave and do until golden brown - don't over do or they will taste burnt!
They are soooo good and low in fat. I will also put these on the recipe website. |

I have tried them too and they are fantastic - as last I can sit down in the evening, watching tv and munch my way through loads of crisps and not feel guilty!!!

Can I use Pam spray instead of frylight? Will it still work? |
