This is an old favourite for me!
serve 2-3
300gm macaroni
400gm plain flour
400gm margarine/butter
5ooml milk
salt and pepper
1/3 teaspoon of mustard
180gm (or more if you want it really cheesey) grated cheese
oven tempature 200degrees
cook macaroni
sauce
melt the butter
stir in the flour and cook for 1 minuite
gradually add the milk - stiring all the time
stir in the cheese
pour in mixture into the macaroni
sprinkle cheese over the top and bake for 20 minuites
serve with salad and crusty bread. |
