How do you cook Tofu? I have always been to scared to try anything with it!!! I have actually bought it in the supermarket and left it for so long in the fridge at home as I didn't know what to do with it that the best before date has gone! I am sure if I could find some nice recipes for it then I could add a bit more variety to me diet!! I haven't heard very nice reports about the taste of it either. |

I know what you mean - the texture of Tofu is what really gets me. Someone has got to come up with something very good in order to change me mind about it!! |

First fry tofu chunks in 2 or 3 spoons of oil till they are hard enough then add them in which ever dish you are making. |

I still have some in my fridge and it does need to be used up but the look of it! I will be brave and try something new!! |
