What sort of reaction do you get from people when you tell them that you are vegetarian/vegan? Do they go green and pale or is that just with me?!!! |

I find that when asked over for a meal, they start to panick and need assurance when they see I am a vegetarian.
Friends often show a nice concern if I am getting the nutrients required for health. |

I find the first thing they say is "but where to you get your nutrients from?" They then realise that I am getting what I need from the diet and they stop worrying - bless them!! |

Yes it's funny, they always say stuff like, Where will you get protein from? Often they still expect me to eat fish... |
