I'm not vege but I have friends that are so I am always looking for any help when it comes to working out what to give them to eat and making it healthy.

There are hundreds of recipes to use that are healthy - the web is a great place to look. Don't be frightened to join with them and eat what they do! I have had lots of people sound really surprised when they eat with me expecting their meal to taste discusting because it is vegetarian and they actually find that it is really really tasty!!! |
