Anyone out there know any different ideas for sweet potatoes? |

I tend to bake them - they are yummy! Another way I like to do them is to roast them along with other veg and herbs. |

I find the cleriac vegetable a little scary. but then someone suggested I use cleriac instead of potato in potato dauphinoise - try it - I think it's great but let me know what you think |

NUTS and butter, usually don't need and extra sweeter, but chopped apples are great, you can use it as an entree or side |

Celariac is yummy on top of a shepherds pie. Sweet potato mixed in with white potato is delish too. |
