White chocolate mousse
You will need
110g/4oz white chocolate
110ml/4fl oz double cream
Bring a medium pan of water to the boil and place a non-metallic bowl over the water and break the chocolate into the bowl and stir until it melts.
In the meantime, whip the cream.
Remove the chocolate from the heat when melted and gently fold the whipped cream into the chocolate.
Transfer the mousse mixture to the freezer and freeze until solid, but not frozen.
Remove mousse from freezer, scoop into glasses and serve.
