Toasted marshmallows with a grand marnier chocolate dip
Serves 2
Ingredients
For the chocolate dip
240ml/8fl oz double cream
1 bar milk chocolate, broken into pieces
1 miniature bottle Grand Marnier
2 orange, zest only
For the marshmallows
1 packet marshmallows

Put all the chocolate dip ingredients into a pan and heat gently whilst stirring.
Stick the marshmallows onto skewers and toast under the grill.
Dip the marshmallows in the chocolate dip and eat.
