Crème brulee
Serves 2
1 can condensed milk
110ml/4fl oz milk
4 egg yolks
icing sugar, to dust

Preheat the oven to 220C/425F/Gas 7.
Place the condensed milk, milk and egg yolks into a pan over a gentle heat and whisk together to combine. Heat for 2-3 minutes.
Pour the mixture into a small ovenproof dish or ramekin and then bake in the oven for 6-8 minutes.
Remove from the oven and transfer to a serving plate. Dust with icing sugar to serve.
