Microwave meringue

Ingredients
30g/1Ľoz icing sugar
1 egg white
Mix the icing sugar and egg white in a large bowl until combined.
Using your hands, shape the mixture into little balls. Place the balls onto a plate lined with baking paper spaced apart and then Microwave on high for one and a half minutes.
You can then add what ever flavours you wish and it is so quick and easy
