Chocolate fondue with mango and strawberry skewers or any fruit you wish!
I find this is a great way to get the kids to eat fruit! They never cease to enjoy the experience of dipping fruit into chocolate (and getting into a mess)!
200ml/7fl oz double cream
100g/3Żoz dark chocolate
1 mango, peeled, stone removed and cut into large cubes
6 strawberries, halved
Serves about 3
Preheat the oven to 200C/Gas 6.
heat the double cream in a saucepan until simmering and then add the dark chocolate, remove from the heat and stir until melted together.
To make the skewers, thread the mango and strawberries or any fruit that you wish alternately onto skewers.
Pour the chocolate fondue into a warm bowl and serve the skewers on the side
