Orange parcels with Grand Marnier cream
Serves 4
Ingredients
8 sheets of filo pastry
110g/4oz unsalted butter, melted
4 orange, peeled and segmented
knob of butter
110g/4oz caster sugar
drizzle of honey
icing sugar, to dust and cream for whipping (you can add a splash of grand Marnier and this adds a lovely orange kick)
Directions
Preheat the oven to 220C/425F/Gas 7.
Brush both sheets of pastry with melted butter and arrange 2 sheets for each person on top of one another to make 4 parcels.
Place ¼ of the segments of the orange in the centre and scrunch up the pastry to form a parcel.
Brush with melted butter and place on a baking tray.
Bake in the oven for 4-5 minutes.
Heat the butter and sugar in a pan for a few minutes until caramelised and then add the honey.

Remove the orange parcel from the oven and transfer to a serving plate.
Pour the sugar mixture over the orange and dust with icing sugar and add a spoonful of cream and serve.
